Add Azure Confidential Compute related benchmarks and test cases

1. Figure out a good plan to safely add this without causing any overhead to the tool.
2. Add simple ACC tests as high priority and all the other tests as lower priority.
3. Run them along with other LISA benchmarks periodically.
4. Create a Dashboard to visualize these results.
