A community-driven repository to collect and share key bindings and control profiles for the Turtle Beach VelocityOne FlightDeck in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
The goal of this project is to centralize different key mappings in one single place, making it easier for the flight sim community to find, share, and install custom profiles without having to dig through forum threads.
This repository was inspired by this Reddit post.
The initial mappings included in this repository were generously shared by Reddit user mrwynd.
The documentation template used to visually describe the bindings has been adapted from this DCS PDF template.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 includes a built-in feature to easily import and export controller profiles. To use the .xml files provided in this repository, follow these steps:
- Download the desired
.xmlprofile from this repository to your computer. - Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
- Navigate to Settings ➔ Controls.
- Select your VelocityOne FlightDeck from the devices list.
- Click the Cogwheel icon (⚙️) next to your current profile name.
- Choose Import, then locate and select the downloaded
.xmlfile.
Note: Ensure you are importing the profile to the correct device and control category (e.g., Airplane Controls vs. Helicopter Controls).
Feel free to share your own custom mappings! I will be actively maintaining and keeping this repository up to date.
To contribute:
- Export your profile as an
.xmlfile directly from MSFS 2024 (Settings ➔ Controls ➔ Cogwheel ➔ Export). - Document your layout (you can use the linked DCS template as a baseline guide).
- Fork this repository, add your files, and submit a Pull Request, or simply open an Issue with your file attached.
