CI: Add Qt6 Windows Arm builds to the scheduled workflow

Description

Adds the Qt6 Windows on Arm native builds to the scheduled workflow so that caches are generated.

Motivation and Context

This was missed when enabling the Qt6 Windows on Arm native builds.

How Has This Been Tested?

It hasn't, but the syntax is directly copied from the YAML in main.yaml.
