Unresolved permission links from previous bridge runs persist in permissions.json but their in-memory Promises are gone after restart. This causes "Multiple pending permissions (N)" errors when users send numeric shortcuts in new sessions. Resolve all pending links at startup since they can never be fulfilled by the dead process. 因为任何原因hang住之后，server的log里面会有pending的approve request，如果因为什么原因需要输入了1，2，3的话就会发现以前有很多pending的approve request，于是返回"Multiple pending permissions (N)"，然后hang住。 |
