This matches what prod will run by way of Ubuntu 24 ("Noble")
Add class constructor methods, define the private vars that we use. The home page now loads without errors - but also without data :-)

Runs
php -las a quick syntax check as well as phpcs for grammar errors. I fixed the global vars mess that was page metadata and that now uses a private propery with a class of its own and some helper functions.Not there yet, but closer.
