Challenge report doc/pdf:
Add pdf doc with the 'challenge' report: dr-openhw-coding-challege-report.pdf
tests/programs/custom/csr_mscratch32: add test for mscratch CSR
Test for write/read of all 32bits of the mscratch CSR.
See comments in csr_mscratch32.c.
tb_top_verilator.cpp: fix warnings/errors.
Did not compile due to error on warnings flag set.

Work done as per Coding Challenge - RISC-V Processor Certification doc. Report was uploaded into LFX cloud to as required, but also added to repo here.
Per CONTRIBUTING, this PR should probably be against cv32e40p/dev branch, but either way this PR is just for review of coding challenge, and won't be merged anyway.
