8381651: ModalFocusTransfer test fails in linux

Few ModalFocusTransferTests fails in linux..
Local run on ubuntu24.04 pass without any issue and without any change so there doesn't seem to be any apparent product issue.
Tried individually and full ModalFocusTransfer folder of 40 tests which passes, so it seems to be a CI issue.
Added a waitForIdle along with delay to ensure tests pass in CI too..

Few iterations of test run in linux are ok..Link in JBS...
