Creation of a plugin using Autodiscover to enumerate domains associated with the target domain m365 tenant.

@caffix I'd like to get your input on this plugin; being new to golang and the application architecture, I was unsure of how to ensure items found are added to scope (assuming the source event is in scope)

1. I'm not sure if this should be the default explicit, as it will bring in new domains
2. Should I call scope.add() directly from the plugin (if this fits into the grand scheme of how plugins should work)
