@davidism Getting a fail to create draft release. Looks like maybe cli/cli#6198, are you seeing this on other projects?

Yes go ahead! 8.3.2 is in a good shape so it's good to have it out sooner than later! We can make as many as 8.3.x / 8.x releases later on! :)

Does not look like the linked issue is the same issue. Issue linked is for release not found. The issue is artifact not found.

Next step is to try replacing Click's workflow with Flask's and see if the issue disappears.

@davidism Fixed the publish workflow by updating from werkzeug latest.
