Couldn't this PR be modified to only have the esp-idf framework support, seeing that esp32-c6-devkitc-1 and esp32-c6-devkitm-1 boards with the ESP32-C6 are already supported?

Then a separate PR could be created to add the arduino framework to all supported ESP32-C6 boards once the Arduino 3.0.0 issues are resolved.
