when two floating windows are snapped adjacent to each other, dragging the shared edge now resizes both windows together like windows powertoys fancyzones. also adds a black seam line between adjacent snapped windows to make the connection visible.

when two floating windows are snapped adjacent to each other (like left half + right half), dragging the shared edge now resizes both windows together. similar to how windows powertoys fancyzones works.
also adds a visible seam line between adjacent snapped windows so you can see the connection.
tested with various snap configurations (left/right, top/bottom, corners).
