This PR implements a button "Go to date" in the Timline and Folder View to jump to pictures closest to the given date.

A short demo can be seen here:
demo_jump_to_date

Cool feature :)

I haven't tested this PR yet, but based on the GIF attached, I see that you are using the browsers native date picker.
IMO this picker would look much cleaner integrated into the rest of Nextcloud (and thus Memories) when you'd use the official Nextcloud NcDateTimePicker: https://nextcloud-vue-components.netlify.app/#/Components/NcPickers?id=ncdatetimepicker
It also supports just picking the date and would match the UI/ UX of e.g. picking a date in the calendar app.

Great that you were able to switch the component. Looks much nicer in my opinion.
