NOTE: On Windows, If Windows Defender Smart Screen prevents you from starting the binary, click on More Info and select "Run Anyway".
This message is because the windows binaries are not signed using an EV (or OV) certificate. The binaries are built using GitHub actions and the code and the CI pipeline can be reviewed here.
