Adds a optional theme configuration in the config.toml with 7 configurable color options: background, border, text_color, hidden_color, info_color, warning_color and error_color, each with respective defaults. Fixes Issue #43 The values can be RGB hex, ratatui color names and ANSI indexes. The defaults are the same as previously configured, so users that are fine with the theme will not feel a difference.
