GMethods

An introduction to g-methods with corresponding code. Versions of this lecture have been given at:

• Department of Pharmaceutical Health Outcomes and Policy, University of Houston

Files:

• GMethod_Examples.ipynb: notebook that recreates the analyses presented in the slides using the simulated data
• sim_data.csv: simulated data for the example in a tabled format
• zivich_gmethods.pdf: formatted PDF of the slides
• zivich_gmethods.tex: LaTeX script used to generate the slides via beamer
• images/: associated images used in the slides
