22. Normalize a 5x5 random matrix (★☆☆)

"Normalize" can mean different things in different contexts. I had to look at the hints to figure out which one was being referred to here.

There are a lot. Two of the simpler to explain are that each column should be normalized to length 1 or that each row should be normalized to length 1. (The former is what I initially thought this was since that matches what I've personally had to do in the past.) There are also things called Frobenius norms and stochastic norms that I've never used. And various others depending on what you're trying to do. It's unfortunate that the word "normalize" doesn't have a single clear meaning. I guess it's a little like "average" in that respect.
