MeetApp is a social site deisgned to bring people together. Inspired by the site MeetUp, MeetApp users are able to browse, search, create and join groups and events that express their interests.

MeetApp was designed and built in two weeks.
A proposal was drafted to outline the needs of the project and to keep the development on schedule.
A database schema was prepared alongside the design proposal.
MeetApp is a single-page application built using Rails and React.js. It was deployed using Heroku services.
The features originally implemented are such that the application can be used to bring people together. MeetApp would benifit from additional features that listed in the future implementations outline.
