Hi, I'm Sophia! 👋

I'm a computational biologist (Ph.D.) and data analyst based in Freiburg, Germany 🇩🇪, with a background in cancer genomics and a growing focus on data science, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis in healthcare and biopharma.

I specialize in turning messy, complex biomedical data into clear, decision-relevant insights — whether that's a competitive landscape analysis of a clinical trial space, a reproducible genomics pipeline, or a market characterization built from public data sources.

My toolkit is primarily R and Python, with experience across the full analysis workflow: API data collection, data cleaning and wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization for both technical and non-technical audiences.
