You currently have Flash set as the only compatible client but you're using raw header ids which are from Nitro, so either use packet names, then you can set the clients value to ["Flash", "Nitro"] or change the clients value to ["Nitro"]

If you set both Flash and Nitro you'll have to change your code to use packet names instead of header ids
