Adds .claude/skills/upgrade-mizer-data.md with the step-by-step procedure for upgrading NS_params and NS_sim after MizerParams or MizerSim class changes. Updates AGENTS.md to point all agents to this file. Updates .gitignore to track .claude/skills/ while keeping the rest of .claude/ (e.g. settings.local.json) untracked. Mizer now implements the diffusion that arises from variable prey sizes as well as an external diffusion
