NanoMC is experimental and not meant for long-term/main usage.
It was built for convenience β like running Minecraft from a USB stick, using school computers, or just keeping a lightweight version handy.

NanoMC is a portable, no-install build of Minecraft 1.8.9.
It packs everything into a folder less than 300MB, runs from anywhere, and doesnβt require Java or setup.
Remember, Eaglercraft is NOT native java, it's WebGL! This runs on native java x64!
Basically: grab it, plug in, double-click, and play. Perfect if you love quick PvP sessions on the go.

.batfile to launch the game.
- Windows (tested on Windows 10)
- At least 500MB free space
- At least 3GB RAM
- Head over to the NanoMC GitHub repo.
- Click Code β Download ZIP.
- Extract it anywhere (Desktop, USB stick, etc).
- Run OpenMC.bat.
- Enter a username when prompted.
- Thatβs itβMinecraft 1.8.9 should launch.
- To play again, just re-run OpenMC.bat.
- Your worlds, resource packs, and settings are stored in the
mcdata/folderβso they travel with you.
