[BUG] [expo - android] Unable to open external links embedded in EPUBs

Description of the Bug

Trying to click on any external link within an EPUB on IOS and the WEBUI leads to the browser/new tab opening with said link. Android in comparison just highlights the link. No opening the Browser or copying the link to the clipboard.

Expected Behavior

Clicking an external link should replicate the IOS behaviour as in opening a new tab in the set browser.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open EPUB
2. Navigate to link
3. Click on external link
4. Observe nothing happening
