unable to get response from calling submitRequestValue since ./scripts/run.sh does not yet update gatewayContractPublicKey in config.ts that if not correct does not let call try_handle
need to try to convert config.ts into config.yaml like this https://stackoverflow.com/a/45612592/3208553
then update ./scripts/run.sh to use a yaml processor to update the yaml file.
also try to use the same yaml file for both /hardhat and /secret-contract-scripts folders
