With tc39/proposal-source-phase-imports#69 now landed (and updated on tc39/ecma262#3492), we can directly use
[[ModuleSource]]as a field setting it eagerly when the module record is created.For now I've excluded any note about lazy generation being unobservable, although this could still be added here.
