PM_DEVICE_RUNTIME_EXCLUSIVE was deprecated and the new symbol PM_DEVICE_SYSTEM_MANAGED shall be used when the applications wants the subsystem to trigger device power management when the system sleeps. Signed-off-by: Flavio Ceolin <flavio.ceolin@intel.com>
