This project analyzes societal and economic responses to COVID-19 policies in Maharashtra using high-frequency alternative data. It combines anonymized smartphone mobility data and satellite imagery to track changes in movement and industrial activity, assessing how populations and sectors respond to government restrictions during a crisis.
