Add stacks blockchain

This PR adds info.json and logo.png for both the Stacks blockchain's native STX coin and its wrapped-BTC sBTC token.

I also have a PR which adds code to support the Stacks blockchain generally, including addresses and STX transfer transactions here. I was advised on that PR that it would not be reviewed unless and until a PR such as this one had been merged, which is why this one exists.

I'm taking this PR out of Draft status now, since the chosen logos have been approved. I'm currently working out how we will pay the compensation payment, so please do not close this PR.

TWT Acquiring:

• TWT-BEP20 can be traded with TWT-BEP2 using the Trust Wallet Swap Option.

Notes:

• New tokens without significant usage are rejected, see criteria mentioned above.
• One PR should be for a single project; PR's with more than 10 logos will be rejected.
• Payment evaluation happens automatically, but with a few minutes delay. When payment is detected, an Accept Review is automatically placed on the PR, which is a condition for merge.
