Windows is fully supported — cpp_api / python_package on windows-2022 have been green, and PyPI 1.2.0 ships win_amd64 and win32 wheels for CPython 3.8–3.13. The badge row was missing it.

Windows is fully supported (cpp_api/python_package on windows-2022 have been green, and PyPI 1.2.0 ships win_amd64 and win32 wheels for CPython 3.8–3.13). The badge row was missing it after PR #83 — adding now.
