With this, we reduce the dependencies we have and use the native helper provided by webpack without a fallback.

Okay, I’ll take care of the TODOs that are there. What minimum version do you want for this, and also for webpack-dev-server?

We always support minimum LTS - https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases, it means v20, but only from the version where they became LTS, i.e. v20.9.0
