Let W(3,3) be the collinearity graph of the generalised quadrangle GQ(3,3)—the unique SRG(40,12,2,4) arising from the symplectic polar space W(3,𝔽₃). Its spectral data:

Trace = 12 + 48 - 60 = 0 ✓
1 + 24 + 15 = 40 = v ✓
Every dimensionless parameter of the Standard Model and gravity is a rational function of the graph invariants (q, v, k, λ, μ, r, s) and cyclotomic values Φₙ(q) at q = 3:

Current audited boundary: the repo certifies an exact finite spine through an executable exact-to-frontier bridge. The promoted CKM/E6 response and CP-breaking onset are carried as audited frontier response laws on the exact 27-line / 45-triangle local carrier, not as a finished exact phenomenology closure theorem.
