  3. Based on common open-source, industry, and Git best practices; All comments, issues, pull request titles, descriptions, code comments, readme files, and documentation are in English.

This keeps the entire project consistent; a single language ensures that contributors from different backgrounds can understand and participate. It also ensures everyone references the same information when it's changed or updated.

I can add the files in this PR to the project website (https://systeminformer.sourceforge.io/) instead of the repository? The website has significantly more traffic than the source repo and more suited for translated documents.
