Code Review

This pull request updates the airframe dependency from 24.12.2 to 2025.1.23. This is a major version update affecting both airframe-http and airspec. The change itself is correct. I've also suggested removing a stale and unused AIRFRAME_VERSION variable from build.sbt to improve maintainability.

val versions = new {
val scala = "2.12.20" // Must use Scala 2.12.x for sbt plugins
val airframe = "24.12.2"
val airframe = "2025.1.23"

While you're updating the Airframe version, I noticed that there's another, seemingly unused, version variable AIRFRAME_VERSION defined on line 62. It holds an old version string ("24.6.1"). To avoid confusion and keep the build file clean, it would be good to remove it as part of this PR.
