Description

This PR introduces collapsible behavior for the builder’s Screens panel and Component Properties panel, giving users more control over their workspace. Panels can collapse into a slim rail, be reopened as needed, and remember their pinned state — freeing up canvas space on small screens and offering a cleaner, more flexible layout on larger ones.

This PR lets the left and right side panels collapse into slim tabs so you get more building space (especially helpful on small screens). Panels can be pinned open, quickly reopened, and the Screens list now auto-scrolls when searching for a smoother workflow.

Converting to draft. I see another PR that may be of use to implement with this PR after it is released. I'm going to hold off and wait for that because It could be useful to use here.
