Summary

Aligns the README badge row with the KISS-Matcher style:

  • Add a macOS badge — Apple Silicon support landed in 1.0.4 (CI: macOS 14)
  • Switch Linux → Ubuntu for visual consistency with KISS-Matcher
  • Add an arXiv badge linking to the IROS 2022 preprint (arxiv.org/abs/2207.11919)
  • Add live CI status badges for cpp.yml and python.yml on `master`

The DOI badge stays — it points to the published IROS version (not the preprint) and matters for academic citation.

Test plan

  • mdformat clean locally
  • CI matrix (no functional change, just markdown — should be quick)

Aligns the badge row with KISS-Matcher's style:

- Add a macOS badge (arm64 support since 1.0.4 / Patchwork classic 1.1.0).
- Switch the platform badge from Linux to Ubuntu for visual consistency.
- Add an arXiv badge linking to the IROS 2022 preprint.
- Add live CI status badges for the C++ and Python workflows on master.

The DOI badge stays — it points to the published IROS version, not the
preprint, and matters for academic citation.
