Aligns the badge row with KISS-Matcher's style: - Add a macOS badge (arm64 support since 1.0.4 / Patchwork classic 1.1.0). - Switch the platform badge from Linux to Ubuntu for visual consistency. - Add an arXiv badge linking to the IROS 2022 preprint. - Add live CI status badges for the C++ and Python workflows on master. The DOI badge stays — it points to the published IROS version, not the preprint, and matters for academic citation.
