Help playlist
Settings for one playlist: which remote playlist it follows, whether Proclaim syncs it, and what the messages created by a sync should look like.
Components → Proclaim → Playlists, then select a title, or select New.

- Set Server to the YouTube server that holds the playlist. Only servers that support playlists appear in this list.
- Select Browse Playlists next to YouTube Playlist ID, and pick from the playlists on that channel.
- If you would rather type it, the ID is the part of a YouTube playlist URL

list=. - Optionally set Linked Series so synced videos are filed into a series.
Everything under Sync Defaults is applied to messages that a sync creates. It has no effect on messages you create yourself.
- Default Status — the status new messages get. Choose Unpublished if you want to review each one first.
- Default Teacher — who new messages are attributed to.
- Default Description — text placed on each new message.
Tip
These are starting values, not permanent ones. Editing a message afterwards changes only that message.
Push Changes to YouTube is off by default, and most sites should leave it off.
Warning
With it on, this playlist's title and description in Proclaim become the authoritative ones, and — if a Linked Series is set — videos in that series are added to the playlist on YouTube. Your real YouTube playlist changes.
Always use Preview Push on the Playlists list before a real push.

- Last Synced showing Never on a playlist with sync enabled just means the scheduled task has not run yet.
- A playlist does not need a linked series. Without one, synced messages are created without a series.
- Deleting a playlist here does not delete anything on YouTube.
