Server Addon Dailymotion
Videos hosted on Dailymotion.
When to choose it: Sites using Dailymotion rather than YouTube.
Components → Proclaim → Servers → New, then choose Dailymotion in the server type picker.
Note
The server type cannot be changed after the server is created. To switch platforms later, create a new server and move media across with Administration → Server Migration.
No credentials are needed. Name the server and save.
- Paste the Dailymotion video URL.
- Set playback options — mute, start time, loop, scaling.
- Save & Close.
This addon has no API key or OAuth level. Paste a URL and it works.

Display settings shared by every addon
Every server type also carries the same block of display settings — player choice, popup behaviour, the media button's text, colour, icon and size, and the image shown beside it. They work the same way whichever addon you pick, and are documented on Help-server and Help-mediafile.
